It was very exciting to be asked to photograph Ronan O'Gara for a charity dinner in London recently. Even though he must have been photographed a thousand times he was lovely and engaging and happy to give me the time I needed to photograph him. And there was no mistaking he was a Corkman either! When I asked him about playing for Munster & for Ireland he said that while it was always an honour to play for his country, Munster was always closest to his heart. And in the future he said he would love to end up in a coaching role in Munster. Once he 'has taught Johnny Sexton how to kick at Racing Metro'! It is always a treat to be asked to photograph a celebrity, especially so when they are as down to earth as Ronan was with me. Some days at the office are certainly very interesting! Good luck to the Irish team in this year's 6 Nations!
